Born of time when beer was beer, we make it using ale and crystal malt, and Golding hops, for a satisfying flavour and citrus aftertaste that's rewarded Mancunian graft for generations.

MANCHESTER PALE ALE - 3.7% ABV

Our refreshingly Mancunian pale ale gives ale lovers a similar hop-packed offering to its American equivalents. It's a golden ale that’s made entirely from all-British malt, Liberty and Mount Hood hops. It’s a post-industrial Manchester classic (as Tony Wilson might have put it).

ORIGINAL LAGER - 4.0% ABV

Our Original Lager recipe, nice and simple for a crisp, light taste. Brewed using only British malts, we use plenty of Styrian and Saaz hops and no additives. This makes sure it’s got just the right enticing hoppiness and depth when it reaches the glass, and absolutely no nonsense.

MANCHESTER CRAFT LAGER - 4.7% ABV

Using almost two centuries' worth of expertise on craft ale, we brew Manchester Craft Lager in small batches, giving it longer maturation to create a stronger, more flavoured lager that takes things up a notch or two. perfect balance of freshness and flavour. Brewed with Saaz and celeia hops and all British malt.

CARLSBERG - 3.8% ABV

The new Carlsberg Danish Pilsner remains at 3.8% ABV and retains the light, refreshing qualities of its predecessor but has been ‘rebrewed from head to hop’ to deliver a smoother, fuller mouth-feel and a perfect balance of bitterness and sweetness. Distinctive citrus and floral hop aromas deliver greater depth of flavour and a hoppy, moreish aftertaste that will stay with you until the final sip.

INCH'S CIDER - 4.5% ABV

Made using 100% British apples, grown within 40 miles of the mill, this lightly sparkling cider has a fresh apple aroma and strikes that perfect balance between sweet and dry for lip-smacking refreshment

Guinness - 4.2% ABV

The deep color and caramelized flavor that are characteristic of Guinness come from barley that has been roasted but not malted. The thick, creamy head that Guinness is well known for is achieved by mixing the beer with nitrogen, which creates smaller bubbles and thus a thicker head.
