Wayne's energy for life is as infectious as his singing is awful! Since joining the crew in 2006 Wayne has brought unbound energy & cheeky charm to The Goshawk. Despite his abundant capabilities Wayne is often asked how his GCSE's are going due to his baby face!

Paul Walker, otherwise known as “Hippy” joined the team from the very beginning in 2002 at the tender age of 20. He has grown and developed with The Goshawk, seeing the progression of the pub and the company.

Alex, also known as 'the little fella', has been part of The Goshawk kitchen team since the summer of 2006. Alex really is a chef who cannot see himself doing anything else. When he's not behind the stove, he loves to be on the ski slopes or doing bizzare sports such as rock climbing!!

Ian joined the Goshawk kitchen crew in 2006 as a commis. During this time he has worked his way up through both the kitchen ranks and NVQ levels! Ian won the title of student of year out of thousands of students in 2008.
