Wayne's energy for life is as infectious as his singing is awful! Since joining the crew in 2006 Wayne has brought unbound energy & cheeky charm to The Goshawk. On top of his abundant capabilities as Goshawk general manager Wayne is also studying towards his higher WSET wine qualifications so is certainly the man to speak to if you fancy a different tipple!

Alex, also known as 'the little fella', has been part of The Goshawk kitchen team since the summer of 2006. Alex really is a chef who cannot see himself doing anything else. When he's not behind the stove, he loves to be on the ski slopes or doing bizzare sports such as rock climbing!!

Simon started with W&F in 2001 as part of the opening kitchen team at The Goshawk . Simon shipped over to The Golden Lion between 2003-2011 but is now back at The Goshawk to see in summer 2011 with a bang! When not in the kitchen Simon can usually be found hanging from a wall (rock climbing or something highly energetic!!) or in front of his monster TV – it almost puts the cinema to shame.

Calum has been at The Goshawk for many years so knows the ins & outs. We nearly lost him to engineering but the lure of this side of the bar was too strong & delighted we were as Calum has progressed into a great member of the management team,. As our in house beer champion Cal is most at home with a pint in hand or trudging around a brewery to pick up tips!

As one of the longest serving (and loudest!!) members of the team Sam brings a vibe of enthusiasm & life to The Goshawk team. Having been lucky to have Sam since the tender age of 16 Sam is most definitely a familiar face to many. We can't quite persuade her to come full time as the lure of the stage & journalism keeps dragging her away but Wayne & the crew would be lost without her weekly instructions & sense of order.

One of our latest recruits, Joni, brings with her a breath of fresh air & vibrancy. Her love of the stage & dancing keeps her light on her toes so that she can embrace even the busiest Sunday service with a smile. Joni's quiet nature makes her the perfect antedote to Wayne's volume!

Jack joins the Goshawk crew from city centre Chester, where he had a great eye for keeping on top of a busy bar. His favourite past time is American football so we all know better than to try & out run him!
