NVQ Celebrations

To celebrate the fantastic run of recent NVQ qualifications & achievements staff gathered at The Goshawk, with their NVQ assessors, to raise a glass to all the hard work being worth it!
On the evening Duncan Falconer said: "I'm extremely proud of all the staff from all our pubs who have completed qualifications, including the ones who couldn't make it here tonight."

Woodward & Falconer stress vocational training is definitely the way forward. Working alongside Total People it helps the staff learn a discipline that simply cannot be achieved through a college environment whilst contributing to the future of the business.
